Superwinch, Inc. warrants to the original buyer that the mechanical components of this genuine Superwinch winch model shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase of new products for (2) two years, and that the electrical components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for (1) one year from the provable date of purchase, or otherwise specified time period. Any product that Superwinch determines to be defective will be repaired or replaced Superwinch's discretion without charge to buyer upon buyer's compliance with disclosed procedures.
